Improve your Olympic and POwerlifting skills with this dedicated traditional lifting 12 week session. Lead by Coach Ron, he will be focusing on the technique and skills for the main lifts - Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlift and the auxiliary and accessory movements that accompany them (overhead squat, front squat etc.) Different from CrossFit these classes will be dedicated to improving technique, skill and overall weights. This is open to all athletes from beginner to advanced.
